The workshop was led by none other than Mr. Alan Lim, Shiseido Malaysia’s Education Manager, who brings with him over 23 years of experience in the beauty industry. He shared valuable insights on the concept of “Selling with Empathy” — the idea that success in beauty goes beyond selling products, and instead lies in building trust and confidence through emotional connection and deep understanding of customers’ needs.
As a Certified Trainer in various areas including Retail Store Management, Advanced Skincare Expert Program, and Fragrance Métier, Mr. Lim’s session was not only informative but also incredibly inspiring.
