Lion Head Donation Ceremony Highlights AEON MALL’s CSR Commitment

One of the main highlights of the event was the Lion Head Donation Ceremony, where nine (9) school and association lion dance teams received brand-new lion heads. This initiative reflects AEON MALL’s continuous effort to preserve traditional cultural arts while encouraging student participation in co-curricular activities.

The lion heads were donated to the following associations:

8. Khuan Loke Dragon & Lion Dance Association Malaysia
9. Hong Yi Dragon and Lion Dance Association

This contribution aims to strengthen the future of lion dance culture by supporting schools and organisations that actively nurture young performers.

Auspicious Lion Head Dotting Ceremony Symbolises Prosperity and Unity

The ceremony began with an auspicious Lion Head Dotting Ceremony, an important traditional ritual believed to “awaken” the lion and bring blessings of good fortune, success, and prosperity.

The ceremony was officiated by AEON MALL, together with six valued sponsor business partners:
