How to Wash and Care for Go&Move™ Period Underwear

One of the reasons I really enjoy using Go&Move™ is because it’s quite easy to care for. With proper washing, it can last up to 1-2 years, making it a great long-term investment.

Here’s the recommended care routine:

🌟 Step 1: Soak and Rinse
Soak the underwear in cold water with mild soap for about 3–5 minutes, gently rub, and rinse until clean.
