PPZ-MAIWP URGES ZAKAT PAYMENT BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2023. | Last weekend, I managed to squeeze my time for Fit Zakat Fun Run 2023 at Taman Metropolitan Kepong. It was my first fun run ever and I had fun joining the event.
During the event, there was so many activities were organized by the organizer and also the sponsor. Runners and visitors can join activities at the booth and win many prizes.

PPZ-MAIWP URGES ZAKAT PAYMENT
The Zakat Collection Center - Federal Territory Islamic Religious Council (PPZ-MAIWP) is organizing the Fit Zakat 2023 Program and launching the Year End Zakat (YEZ) 2023 Campaign at Kepong Metropolitan Lake Garden today.
This annual campaign by PPZ-MAIWP runs from November 18, 2023, to December 31, 2023, with the aim of urging and encouraging contributors to expedite their zakat payments before December 31, 2023, to enjoy the estimated 2023 income tax rebate, along with various attractive offers throughout the campaign.
"With the theme 'True Wealth,' we want to invite society not to assess wealth solely based on abundant and luxurious material possessions but to understand that true wealth lies within the heart, especially when we give and share our blessings with those in need."
He further added that throughout December, 10 PPZ-MAIWP counters will operate from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm every day, including public holidays. Additionally, on every Friday and the last week of December, operating hours will be extended until 9:00 pm, along with organizing a special event, "Day with Contributors," providing a meal to celebrate contributors.

Moreover, contributors who make zakat payments during this campaign have the opportunity to win over 1,000 attractive prizes, including Umrah packages, Thermomix, smartphones, and many more.
