Some phone models purchased from other countries can cause problems with the NFC function. Please check with the company that sells your mobile phone model before trying the card top -up feature using eWallet

3. Users need to update their Touch ‘n Go eWallet app to version 1.7.72 and above to enjoy all the extra features to use the upgraded TNG card.

Some mobile phones may need to activate the NFC function before it can be used in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Please check with the company that supplies your mobile phone model to find out more about the compatibility of your mobile phone with NFC before purchasing an upgraded TNG card.
