Big Bad Wolf Books, whose mission is to Change The World, One Book At A Time, will be making its way to Kelantan for the very first time, in conjunction with the most awaited ‘Mari Baco’ Book Sale. Kicking off from 24th February to 6th March 2022, the 11-day Sale will be open daily from 10am to 10pm at Lotus’s Kota Bharu offering discounts of up to 95% off! 

The ‘Mari Baco’ Book Sale  - an exclusive thematic for Kelantan, is part of Big Bad Wolf Books’ 2022 reading campaign which aims to cultivate reading habits among Malaysians by offering books at affordable prices and making them accessible to all. Kicking-off in Kelantan, Big Bad Wolf Books will be visiting various states in the country with exclusive thematic and amazing deals. 

The reading campaign is part of the Company’s mission to continue to encourage people to pick up a book or two either for themselves, for their friends or family, and to empower them with knowledge. Just like every other Big Bad Wolf Book Sale that has been held since 2009, Kelantanese of all age groups will now be able to enjoy Big Bad Wolf Books’ wide range of affordable and quality books throughout the Sale period.

During the ‘Mari Baco’ Book Sale, visitors can look forward to and enjoy exclusive deals for English-language books that are priced at 95% of the recommended retail price, find rare gems in the RM3, RM5 and RM8 book section and so much more! Big Bad Wolf Books’ partner and local Malaysian distributor, Kualiti Books, will also be offering an array of educational and entertainment Malay-language book titles from PTS, IMAN Shoppe, Sasbasi, Pustaka Azhar starting from RM2.

In addition to this, Big Bad Wolf Books would like to invite college and university students to visit the Sale and enjoy a 5% discount off the total bill with a minimum purchase of RM40. To redeem, students will need to present their official student identity card at the cashier. What’s more, Lotus’s customers who spend a minimum of RM50 on a single receipt at the Book Sale will also be entitled to a 5% off discount of the total purchase. To redeem the discount, customers will only be required to flash a receipt of any value from Lotus’s supermarket.
