Break Fast with Buffet Ramadhan at Bangi Golf Resort. | For the month of Ramadhan, Bangi Golf Resort Restaurant proudly presents their signature Buffet Ramadhan from the 21st of June 2015 till the 15th of July 2015.

HALAL certified by JAKIM, Bangi Golf Resort Restaurant (BGR) is one of the very few golf resorts in Malaysia to receive this accreditation.

Well-loved for its variety and quality, BGR’s Buffet Ramadhan offers a sumptuous spread of up to 200 selections! Prices start at RM55 for adults and RM27 for children. The buffet spread features popular Malay, Western and Oriental cuisine favourites.

This 2015, the kitchen team has created an array of dishes that will tantalise taste buds. Guests can look forward to the Cooking Showcase, where the highlight is the Kambing Bakar (lamb slow-roasted on the spit) and Sup Kambing Mamak (Indian style Mutton Stew). At this station, chefs will serve up portions of freshly carved roasted lamb and piping hot bowls of mutton stew, which never fails to warm the stomach.

Guests can also enjoy freshly grilled Beef & Chicken Satay with Homemade Satay Sauce & Condiments as well as Fried Kway Teow and Fried Mee Mamak, wok-fried ‘live’ before them.

At the Western Appetizer section, look forward to dishes with a gastronomic touch, such as Cream of Smoked Chicken with Roasted Onion Focaccia and Sous Vide Eggs with Mushroom Espuma. Cooked to perfection, the chefs will gladly dish up second helpings upon request! For more hearty and classic Western options, the Beef Lasagna and Grilled Boneless Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce are highly recommended.

 For Malay and Oriental Main Courses, the kitchen team has created a sumptuous selection featuring Butter Prawns, Teriyaki Chicken, Black Pepper Beef and Fish Fillet with Lemongrass Sauce; not forgetting Malay favorites such as Sambal Sotong Kembang , Ayam Masak Ros and Rendang Daging Taik Minyak.

At BGR’s Buffet Ramadhan, desserts are a must. Both the old and the young will love the Pacojet Ice-Cream – in the unique flavours of Teh Tarik, Honey Dew and Bunga Kantan. Made using culinary technology often used in fine-dining restaurants, try this and taste the difference! Guests can also finish their meal on a sweet note, at the Spanish Churro with Thick Chocolate Sauce ‘Live Station’.

There will also be a selection of homemade kuihs as well as a variety of puddings, agar-agar, tropical and local fruits. Guests will also be spoilt for choice with Western favorites including Italian Tiramisu, Chocolate Éclair, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Young Coconut Jelly, Crème Caramel, Mix Berry Panna Cotta and a new exotic creation for 2015 - Tea Infused Chocolate Ganache Tartlet.

Bangi Golf Resort will once again feature its open kitchen at BGR’s Buffet Ramadhan. This modern space will offer ‘kitchen entertainment’, as guests can watch the chefs prepare the dishes and even interact with them. This is your chance to dig in your favorite recipe with the chef right? :)

 At the same time, a 4-piece band will entertain guests with ‘Live’ Malay Traditional Music from 6.30pm – 9.30pm daily. Bangi Golf Resort also offers up to 800 complimentary parking lots as well as Male / Female Surau for guests use.
